Not even Christine O'Donnell will say that Sarah Palin is qualified to be president.

So maybe she is not the out of touch loon the media paints her as, she has enough sense to see Palin is totally unqualified.

Now that's funny. Maybe O'Donnell is planning to run for prez in 2012. LOL

She doesn't come off as crazy in this interview as in others, which is probably why she had this one, but I would have liked to have heard her really answer the question about Palin. She dodged it and the interviewer let her get away with it.

DavePat, that is what is really pissing me off about our "news" media. They ask questions & when they are not answered they move on. What happened to real journalism - getting to the bottom of the issue - sticking with the question until an answer is given (not a dodge answer - a true answer)? My spouse was watching some "news" program that was interviewing Michael Steele. Every question that was asked was dodged - my point - why have the interview - why waste the time of the viewer? Lastly, how can a voter make any intelligent decisions about their reps. when they cannot get a decent take on the candidates stance on issues because all the tough questions are avoided and bumper sticker slogans have replaced true answers? It sickens me.

The interviewer let her parrot talking points, something a trained monkey could do.

I agree with nica, I want to see these journalists grow a big set and NOT let these people just spout off talking points.

I have seen good journalists keep pursuing a question to try and get an answer and the person being interviewed keep dodging the question and when the journalist finally gives up it is pretty obvious that the person being interviewed was simply not going to answer, which speaks volumes to the observer. He gave it one shot then moved on to another question, letting her dodge stand as an answer.

DavePat, I wish I could say I have had the same experience viewing any interview. Lately it seems that they don't want to inform but to "shock and awe" the citizens. And so many are buying it. Any interview I have watched concerning our candidates is more slogans and catch phrases than true stance on issues. I tend not to watch the "news" anymore. I watch BBC and PBS for news. And I watch Jon Stewart for laughs. I am thinking that the "dumbing down of America" began when journalists became tabloid whores.
