In his column today, Bill O'Reilly did something that every other Fox News personality has refused to do. He admitted that FNC is biased, not only are they biased, but they are biased against liberals. I know. I know. Pick yourself up off the floor because O'Reilly wrote, "The anti-liberal Fox News Channel and the Wall Street Journal, whose editorial page is conservative, are both doing very well."

News?.........NEWS?................"WHAT NEWS"?...........! One thing for sure, there are a lot of rodents goovin to their tune; alas, "THE PIED PIPER",aka, the rat catcher! Faux News is UNbalanced in multiple ways. the "Fuhrer" would be proud of their well polished propaganda machine. I've said it before, but let me repeat-the biggest threat to this country is not off shore terrorism, but home grown ignorance and stupidity!!!

And MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, and CNN are biased against conservatives this is not really news. Fox has always had a conservative tilt in it's talk shows to counter the liberal tilt in the other networks.

The thing I find very funny here though is that most of the Fox bashers don't even notice the bias in the other networks I guess because it matches their viewpoints. It's also funny that most people on both sides of the media debate don't even realize that most of the shows they fight over are not even news shows but entertainment talk shows. Whether your talking about Hannity or Maddow or the Today show they are all entertainment shows hardly focused on actual news reporting.

So you have bought into Fox "News'" first lie, that they are just as conservative as everyone else is liberal. Fox is just Republican propaganda the other networks still maintain journalistic integrity.

And you have bought into Fox's second lie that their bias begins and ends with their talking heads.

No actually here lately out of curiosity I have been watching all the networks and shows in variation to see exactly how they all are similar or how they differ. I can easily determine how they each do simply by watching them and studying the way they present the information.

Fox is just Republican propaganda the other networks still maintain journalistic integrity.

As far as that statement goes though maybe you should consider looking up some of the historic news tapes and compare them to what the "other " networks broadcast today. The idea of journalistic integrity has been dead in this country for a long time. There are still a handful of good investigative reporters out there, but no one network has any claim to having many of them and all networks at the anchor level and on their news shows are biased today.

And you have bought into Fox's second lie that their bias begins and ends with their talking heads.

Now see this a point where we will have major disagreement because if you listen to "Fox news" on the radio doing just news stories then they are more fair and balanced there than CBS or ABC. I don't know if NBC even participates in that media, if they do no stations near me carry them. Also when you just watch the news tickers on the bottom of the screen Fox often injects less opinion material into the headline stories and breaking news.

The talk shows though are all laughable no matter which network they are on and they are no more "news" shows than Oprah Winfrey or Jerry Springer. 60 Minutes was the last good news show still out there but even they are no where near as honest in reporting today as they were 10 years ago and 180 degrees opposite of where they were 20 years ago.

As a general rule I verify anything I hear on any of the "news" networks anymore because none of them honestly do their jobs as an independent free press. If everyone who loves to complain so about this network or that network would do the same they would see that all of them have lost their way and in that regard you have to select the best of the bad when viewing TV news.
